How do I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with the product you have ordered. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 28 days. The returned item(s) must be in its original packaging. 

If you are returning due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly, you will be liable for the postage costs to return it to us. 

If your order is damaged/ defective, please contact our customer service, and we will resolve this as soon as possible. 

How to return your product

UK orders:

  • Ensure your product is unworn and all the tags are still attached.
  • Fill in the returns slip including Quantity and Returns reason code - this helps us process your return fast. (If you have lost your slip, please get in touch with us here)
  • Insert the item you wish to return/ exchange and the returns slip into the empty Tribesports polybags that came with your order. (the postage sticker should be pre-attached. If you have lost the polybag, please contact us) 
  • Seal the bags by removing both plastic strips.
  • Take the parcel to your local post office and ask for a printed receipt. Please store the receipt safely with you until your request has been processed as we may ask you for proof of shipment.

 

USA, EU & Rest of the World orders:

  • Ensure your product is unworn and all the tags are still attached.
  • Our parcel packaging (the black Tribesports bag) uses a resealable opening, so for your convenience if you like, you can use the original packaging for your return (provided you didn't tear open your purchase too quickly!)
  • Fill in the returns slip including Quantity and Return reason code - this helps us process your return faster. (If you lose your returns slip, please get in touch with us here)
  • You can find our returns address on your invoice.
  • We recommend that you send your parcel via a signed / tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage.
  • Once we receive your product we will process the return / exchange within 48 hours.
  • Refunds are issued within 24 hours and may take 2-5 working days to appear on your statement.

Note:

  • All returns are subject to testing upon receipt - we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use
  • Please ensure that if you are returning your purchase, the reason for return field above is filled in and send it back to us along with the product

Rest of the World Returns

Please mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE to avoid paying customs charges. This needs to be clearly marked on the customs information document entitled CN22 and / or CN23, on the outside of the packaging. If you can't find your CN22 / CN23 form, please contact us here.
