Can I change or cancel my order?

We send your order immediately to our warehouse where it is picked and packed by our team, and shipped the same day. Therefore unfortunately you cannot change or cancel your order after it has been placed.

That's not to say we won't try and help - do contact our team here if you would like to discuss any aspects of your order.

Note that this cancellation policy does not affect any statutory rights to return or refund that you have pursuant to distance selling regulations.
