If you are having trouble placing your order and your payment is being declined, please check the following details are correct:
- The long card number on the front
- The expiry date
- 3 digit CVV code (the last 3 digits, found on the back of the card)
- That you are using the billing address held on file with your card authoriser
- That you have sufficient funds in your account
You might also like to try a different card to see if that goes through, or try Paypal.
