My payment has been declined, what happened?

If you are having trouble placing your order and your payment is being declined, please check the following details are correct:

  • The long card number on the front
  • The expiry date
  • 3 digit CVV code (the last 3 digits, found on the back of the card)
  • That you are using the billing address held on file with your card authoriser 
  • That you have sufficient funds in your account 

You might also like to try a different card to see if that goes through, or try Paypal.
